Registration

All attendees must register for Hope Summit 2025. Registration details, fees, and deadlines will be communicated through the official event website.

 

Attendance

Only registered participants will be allowed to attend Hope Summit 2025. Badges or identification will be provided for access to the event venues.

 

Programme Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Hope Summit 2025 programme, including speakers, sessions, and timing, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the Hope Summit home page.

 

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. If a participant engages in behaviour deemed as disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of this code, the organisers reserve the right to revoke the participant's access to all event activities, including removal from the venue. The individual in question may forfeit their right to participate in the remainder of the event. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.

 

Data Sharing for Marketing Purposes

We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may pass your information to third-party service providers and subcontractors to provide services on our behalf, such as digital qualification badges and professional event organisers.

 

Data Sharing Consent – Your Choice

By participating in this event, you have the option to choose whether you give consent for the sharing of your personal data with organisations such as event partners. Your consent to share data will be limited to the following details: full name, job title, company, country, and email.

 

Retention of Your Data

All personal data related to Hope Summit 2025 will be kept for as long as required for the purpose of the event or to meet applicable legal obligations. IPMA-SA will delete all event-related information from individual personal data after the event.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund procedures will be specified during the registration process. Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in accordance with the outlined guidelines.

 

Intellectual Property

Presentations, materials, and content shared during Hope Summit 2025 are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised distribution or use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

 

Photography and Recording

Attendees may be photographed or recorded during the event. By attending, participants grant the organisers the right to use these images and recordings for promotional and post-event marketing purposes.

 

Liability

The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during Hope Summit 2025. Participants are advised to take appropriate precautions and maintain personal insurance coverage.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the organisers' control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, Hope Summit 2025 may be rescheduled or cancelled without liability.
